User License Agreement for VJ Loops

Grant of License: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the Content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Restrictions:

1. Licensee shall not sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Content in its original unmodified form.
2. Licensee shall not claim ownership of the Content.
3. Licensee shall not use the Content in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights:

1. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including any and all intellectual property rights therein.
2. Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the Content to Licensee.

Termination:

1. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license granted herein if Licensee breaches any term or condition of this Agreement.
2. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies thereof in its possession or control.

Warranty Disclaimer: THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

By acquiring and/or using the Content, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
